Shipping is handled through trusted logistics partners with tracking enabled for your peace of mind. For bulk orders of customized gifts, delivery timelines are confirmed at the time of quotation.
Shipping Charges:
Standard shipping is free for retail orders above $150, making it easy to enjoy our luxury gifts without extra costs. For bulk orders, shipping charges are calculated based on volume, weight, and destination.
Refunds:
For retail orders: Refunds are applicable for defective or wrong items reported within 48 hours, ensuring you receive the quality expected in our customized gifts. For bulk orders: Refunds or replacements are considered for damaged goods if proof is provided within 24 hours of delivery.
Process for Returns/Refunds:
Email us at support@tradearcglobal.com with your order details and photos of the issue. Upon approval, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items:
